Reporter Julia Boorstin recently covered a segment on CNBC called “Social Climbing.” The segment discussed social media and it’s importance for business relationships in the future. The report covered networks and platforms such as Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook, and the virtual world of Second Life.

Boorstin also reported more on SL back in February when she covered virtual conferencing and provided a closer look at IBM’s cost-saving use of Second Life.
